Refunds
In general, there are no refunds on orders once purchased and goods are shipped.
While we will work hard to ensure all orders make it to their destination. But, as stated in the Shipping Policy, we ship with Canada Post and cannot personally guarantee delivery. Once an order has been shipped, refunds will not be issued.
On a case by case basis refunds may be issued. Contact support@punderfulpanic.com
Exchanges
If your order has not yet been shipped out, you may swap cards in your order.
Contact support@punderfulpanic.com ASAP for this.
Exchanges will not be accepted after goods are shipped.
Damaged Goods / Defective Products
Should goods arrive heavily damaged to the destination refunds may be issued. Please include photo documentation of the issue in your email.
Product Purchasing / Card Deals
If you select "Card Deal" items (priced at $0.01 ea.) and do not select and pay for an accompanying "Card Deal" offer (ex. 5 for $30), your order will not be sent out and refunds will not be processed. Once an accompanying "Card Deal" is selected with the "Card Deal" items ($0.01 ea.), then the order will be processed.
Contact punderfulpanic@gmail.com should you accidentally purchase the $0.01 card deal instead of a full card.
Refund Process*

Proof of Purchase (receipt)
Pictures of your Order / Issue
Any other relevant details (story, what happened?)
We will get back to you within 2-4 business days.
